I have a main account that was created in 2015 and is the old-school login with a username.

About 2 years ago I had gotten married and had a couple of kids and was offline for a long time

I came back to the game to noticed I was unable to login and recovered my account, Thinking I had just forgotten my password.

I then noticed what had happened. It seems the account was hacked and another person RWT on my account to receive the ban. I can provide all of my login IP's and other account and specific data on dates and anything need to investigate this further. I have no other way to reach out for help.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated

If the account was created in 2015, it has an email login.
The old username logins are used only by accounts created prior to November 2010.

I recommend you check your login by using the tools on the Forgotten login support page as you might be logging in to another account.

However, regardless of that, an account banned for RWT is lost to the game forever.
There is no appeal available for the RWT offence. It doesn't matter whether the account was hijacked or not.

You need to hope that you were logging in to the wrong account and the account you really want is still sitting there.
