Was quit from RuneScape for 13 years straight

Started playing in February. Got 50 days on a new account. Bought $150 worth of bonds per month.(opposite of real world trading) Login August 14th and says I'm perma banned for real world trading...

I'm freaking out. I never did any real world trading whatsoever. This has to be a sick joke. How can I get in contact with someone that can investigate my account?

I am sorry to read your post. Unfortunately we cannot assist you with this.
RWT bans cannot be appealed...at all....ever....
Why not?
Jagex does a thorough investigation before placing the ban and will not backtrack once they have made a decision.

If you have been absent from your account for a while before your August login, your account may have been used by a hijacker.
Even if this occurred, your account will not be returned to the game. The ban will still stand.

The wild part is you called it. I was absent from my account from June, July and August. That's when I went to log in on August 14th. I'll never forget the day. It says that was the day of the offense as well which I hadn't played in weeks. I want justice. How we can this be fair?

The date of the ban just reflects the end of the investigation into the account, it does not reflect the actual date the offence was committed.

Depending on the offence, Jagex will check for hijacker activity and "forgive" the offence if it has been caused by a hijacker and the account owner was not using the account.

However, RWT is not one of those offences.
RWT is one of the unforgivable offences.
It doesn't matter who was using the account, the account will be punished.

You, the owner of the account, are now bearing the cost of losing your account because of this offence.

If the account was being used by someone else, you need to investigate this.
Was your password unchanged?
Was your Authenticator still active?
The hijacker leaves clues as to how they gained access and you need to check and make sure the same cannot happen on any other account you own.

I recommend you work through the Security tips instructions.
I also recommend you consider upgrading your account/s to Jagex Accounts.
Jagex introduced Jagex Accounts earlier this year. The security protocol on the Jagex Accounts is much stronger than that on the older RuneScape accounts.

That puts the ERROR BACK ON JAGEX,

IS there anyway you can put this into the right hands to get the details on what they are banning me for IF I NEVER REAL WORLD TRADED ?

HOW IS THIS FAIR , all the time and money and Im telling you its false,

I did look into it and people have been unbanned for this and Jagex issue apology so I will continue to tryk to be heard until l get justice , Whatever it takes

Investing a lot of time into RuneScape is something that isn't being used against a player.
