About 15 min agon my account was logged into and empty i looged out for less then 10 min to log back in to my account and all my items were gone i have google authenticator and never shared my password i recently just started playing again is there a new bug or way to hack that returning player dont know about?

they got your information somehow, have you clicked any link that then asked you log in?

you may not have realised you shared your password, but you must have somewhere.

also best security is to have jagex account

I have recently linked my account to my steam account, that is the only thing, I can think of when it come to my account info. I also now just linked my account to the link you sent thank you. As for what I lost was about 750m in items ill admit that its disappointing to start from scratch again but I love the grind so ill continue to play. But is there any way on your end that might that could reset the authenticator from all devices so I can be sure that it wont happen again? Would suck to grind just to lose it all again.
