Trade restriction - old member

Hello!

I have two old characters I just linked to my Jagex account. They never played RS3, but they were both members in OSRS.

After logging into RS3 and getting through character creation, I noticed they're both trade restricted.

This seems incorrect as they have both been members in the past and membership should apply to both games. Is there a way to get this lifted?

If your accounts aren't member anymore, and you just recently completed their creation, both accounts will fall under said trade limit.
