Hey , i just wondering , if account is banned , and in website account status shows ur accont is permanent banned , doesnt it mean its banned , like banned banned once and for all ??? If so why still can log in website ? If account is banned whats the point of website log in access , if its banned then banned from the web aswell … im interest in this , like “i cant log in the game , cuz my account is banned , but yea i can log in website and check my status and news , but cant even log in solomons store or forums “
Soo i dont see the pont of access in website if my account is perm banned in the game !

i had rs3 account,stopped playing to take abrake from game,but my account was hijacked and its perm ban now, tried to appeal the ban, but the ban is not appealable, the ban gived in 19 august 2019. it was secured account.
what ishould do ? say goodbye for the account?

Hey, Traffio.

Well, for one, if your account is permanently banned, wouldn't you want to know if Jagex ever gives you another chance at playing again? One of the ways to know this is to log in to your Message Centre here on the RuneScape.com website. Yea, the word "permanent" is there, but Jagex has given out chances before, depending on the severity of the ban, of course.

Jagex have added extra appeal opportunities to banned accounts in the past, usually when they are reviewing and upgrading the Appeal System. You would miss out on that if you were blocked from the account.

Website login access is continued so you can change the password and registered email address when you need to make changes, in order to maintain access.
A banned account isn't zapped out of existence, it remains but is just unplayable.

Jagex has given players chances throughout the years and the only way to know this is if you have access to your Message Centre. Now, if the rules broken are severe, then, no more chances are given ever.

Usually a permanent ban is exactly that.... permanent, forever, infinity, till Hell freezes over.
This applies to most bannable offences.
There are RuneScape accounts that have been banned for twenty years or more and will never be unbanned.

The macroing offence is different.
Jagex has let the leash relax a couple of times on guilty, appeal denied macro banned accounts, allowing them back into the game.
The decision about this is purely Jagex' and the choice of which accounts to unban is also purely Jagex'.
Will they do this again sometime? Who knows.
Can you request to be on the list? No.
