I have been trying to fix my GIM Account for a while now but the automated system is useless and broken...I made an email for the sole purpose of playing GIM, I think someone hacked the email because google locked it down. I have tried to appeal to them but their auto system is equally useless and broken. I tried to transfer this account from that lost email to a new one only for your system to send me on a 2 day appeal process which instead of giving me the option to change emails, it forced me to change my password which I did. NOW I cant even log in at all. The automated system has no course of action for me to follow and given its current track record I wouldn't trust anything it tells me. I have tried to use the AI assistant and it literally goes in a circle with its instructions. I have all the info I would need if a Person with even half a brain looked at my case in stead of some automated trash. I have my start date, my cc info my authenticator is still working, I really need to just talk or text with a living thinking person. I am so tired of these horrible AI Customer Aggravators (Hire real people plz, I have 5 different active accounts and I'm about to bail on all of the, this isn't worth the aggravation)
