Dear Runescape,

With all your progress over the years , I would like to say I am very disappointed on how a genuine issue was threated. I am very sure I did not do no such thing as macroing, I believe my account was hijacked/hacked, I would prefer if I was given proof of such macroing and would appreciate it even more if this was discussed with me professionally.

I believe that banning an account that has been hijacked is not a decision one should make just on one assumption.

I would appreciate if this was discussed than just deciding to ban. Fyi I read some more threads were others were hijacked also, going back to 2017. So this didn't happen to just me, I don't see why I am judged when there are more of the same issue happening.

I would appreciate if you could look into this issue further.

I appreciate that you were seeking assistance with an existing thread, M3znuz 2k13, but responding to another's thread, with the aim of obtaining help, is not encouraged. So that players can receive the advice that they seek, it is best that they create their own threads. For this reason, this thread is now closed.

On to your dilemma, I recommend that you read the Macroing & RWT bans [Info] sticky thread, as well as the Appeal an offence page of the Support Centre. If you have lodged an appeal and it has been denied, then I am afraid that no further action may be taken either to investigate or reverse the sanction.

If the appeal is denied, there are no further official contact channels to appeal your ban.
