Knowing that it was a mistake I appealed my ban without providing evidence thinking a mod would into and resolve the issue.

Within 2 minutes my appeal was denied.

I have many screenshots and runelite logs that support my case that I haven't been able to submit because of the denial. I'm sure if I was able to present my evidence that the ban would get fixed.

I understand the anti-cheat team is very busy and I respect that. I always do my part to report any bots while playing and there's a lot of them.

Is there any other method that I can submit this documentation in order for another shot at being able to play again?

Any help is appreciated, thanks for your time.

Hey, dad toes.

When you submit an appeal through the Appeal an offence Support page, there is no need to add additional evidence as all the evidence needed is within Jagex's digital record. If you have used this method and the outcome was unfavorable, I am afraid that the decision is final and that the account will remain banned.

Does an anti-cheat specialist look into these logs manually? The appeal was denied after less than 5 minutes.

If someone was to actually look into the records it would show no rule breaking.

I know the team is busy but..

I mean, when the ban was added to your account, it'd have been checked by at least two different Jagex Moderators. When you appeal the ban, it's a third Jagex Moderator checking the ban. All of this information and facts may be found here: Banned Account [Info] .

To be honest, throughout the years that I have been here, I have never seen nor heard anyone receive a response to a ban appeal in less than 5 minutes. What you can receive in that time, though, is an automatic response to an account recovery request, which is why Alexander asked above to ensure that we were on the same page.

Did you appeal using the Appeal an offence Support page? You said you received a response in less than 5 minutes...where was this response sent to? Where did you read it?

As mentioned above, receiving a response on a ban appeal within five minutes is highly unusual. Indeed, it is typically the speed with which you would receive a rejection on an account recovery attempt if you fail to pass the automated checks. At the moment, per the support page , the ETA to receive a response on a ban appeal is 10 days.

Can you please confirm whether you actually submitted a ban appeal?

Out of interest, did you use a VPN?
After I received a false ban, I did the same as you. Provided little evidence because you can't really prove something wrong if you dont know what the thing is. And after my rejection w/o description, no further appeals can be made.
I started looking into this and it's happening a ludicrous amount to innocent players, almost all I've spoken to have used a legal VPN but Jagex aren't checking their data files properly to see if you're cheating. They just note that your VPN put you on the same server where they'd prevoiusly banned someone for botting in the past - something that will eventually happen even with "good" VPNs. It's not a limitation in the VPN, just them running their course.
Anyway get back to me when you can. I'm thinking of getting a few of us together to do something big, so maybe we can either get an actual human to look at our bans, or at least convince them to change their detection methods.

I can confirm I sent the ban appeal.

There's no messages on my account either. I only received emails for the billing department and they refunded me my months membership cost.

I remember refreshing the tab and being baffled that a decision was able to be made so quickly. I will not quit saying that I didn't break the rules, I am innocent and I wish I could prove it.
