My pker got hacked. Have not been on it in awhile. Tried logging in but was wrong pass. Tried to get in the Google account email for it but Google is saying it doesn't exist. Not sure what I can do from here. I know the Email login, old password and date of creation.
If the hijacker has managed to change the password, it means they got access to the registered email.
And, if Google is telling you no email exists when you tried to get into it, it means you tried to log into the wrong email.
At this point you need to do a full 'recovery' on your RuneScape account and get a new registered email and password set.
Start on the
Change registered email
support page and follow the instructions under
'If you don't have access to the registered email'
.
If you are struggling with account recovery and getting denied, have a read of the tips on the
Account recovery denied
support page.
@Malua Submitted a ticket. Jagex found the same account with email login as Google said it doesn't exist even tho its a registered email for old school runescape....
The login email and the registered email do not have to be the same email.
The registered email is purely a contact email for your account.
Jagex explanation article:
Login email and registered email
This means your account has a login email and a different registered email.
You know the login email, you don't know (or cannot remember) the registered email.
This is why you need to go through the recovery process - to get a known email registered and take control back from the hijacker.
