jagex launcher failed to load

I started the install on a new computer. It let me login but when I clicked to further install, presumably the actual game it gives an error.

Is there another way to download the game?

OK I got it figured out. Below the Jagex launcher download there is an option to force download the client. It requires a Direct X update before it loads.

Everything has gone fine, and I'm downloading the cache. I actually meant to post this in tech support forum. Sorry about that.
