I am not sure how this happened but a friend in the group was kicked from the hardcore ironman group randomly. We received a message that he was kicked from the group and a life was taken away. We wanted him to remain in the group but when we asked him to log back in he was in the nod and could only choose from the three options. We want to remain a group. How can I submit a ticket to see what happened? Can he rejoin and keep the status? will we get the life that was taken away back?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There are only two ways to leave the group:
1. if the member leaves voluntarily. They can change their mind and return within the next 7 days.
2. if the group leader kicks the member out of the group. The member cannot return to the group. If your kicked member cannot return to the group then, I am sorry but your group leader is not being completely honest about what they have done.

Sadly, the action is not reversible.
