Transfer settings to character

Is there a way to transfer all settings from one character to another on the same account?

When I create a new character, the UI, graphics settings, hotkeys etc. are reset to the default values, but I would like to use the same settings for all of my characters. Is that possible?

They have to be set up individually for each account as there is no method to transfer settings.
I know it's a pain. We all have the same time consuming, going into each character in turn to set things up.
