Ban Appeal Granted/Ban Remains

The account remains banned because, even though you appealed the offences in reverse order, the more recent offence is the one that dictates whether the account is playable or not.

Have you been inactive for a while on the account?
For the past four months it has been possible to upgrade a RuneScape account into a Jagex Account.
If your account had been a Jagex Account, you would have received an email every time it was logged into meaning you would have become aware of the hijacker activity immediately and could have taken steps to secure your account. This would have prevented the second offence from happening and, possibly, even prevented the initial offence.
It is a real shame that you have lost your account. Hijackers can destroy an account.
