wondering about a mute

so i have a permanent mute on my account i appealed it and they accepted it
that was may 2022 its now may 2023 and i just got a temporary mute and it says

"Hello,

This is a message from Jagex Support.

This account has recently been identified as repeatedly violating our in-game and forum rules and as a result has received a temporary in-game mute.

If we'd taken action against each separate incident that was identified, your account would now be permanently muted. On this occasion however, we've only applied a single mutable offence."

but it says if i commit a offense again i will be muted for 3 days so does that mean i wont be permanently muted if i accidently get another mute?

my old permanent mute is already expired and from a year ago.

another thing is for this temporary mute it doesnt show me any evidence
and people have been trying to start fights with me in game saying that i do heroin
then when i get upset and insult them i get in trouble for it i dont know if thats why
i got this temporary mute or not but im sorry jagex its just hard to be calm with some people
its been a year since i got in trouble and i learned from it.

im sorry tron im not trying to bother anyone its just confusing because it says
that if i break a rule that it will be a 3 day mute instead of permanent.

i just think they should of either did a 10 day mute or a 20 day instead of instantly
jumping to a permanent my mutes were spaced out like i would get one
then 2 months later i would get another so it wasnt like everyday
but i hanged around some toxic places and it can be hard for me not to respond sometimes.

Will it be a future 3-day ban/mute-issue that will be applied to your account in the future ... it instantly will be changed into a '
permanent ban/mute
' and will be irreversible.

Your opinion about the matter/penalty is unimportant/irrelevant and Jagex/JMods will not discuss/debate about this with you, not now nor in the future.
