I just recently tried logging onto my account that i have not played in awhile and it says my account was ban for microing back in 2022 of may. Does jagex just ban accounts that haven't been on in awhile or was i hacked and someone was using a microing program on my account? If so how do i overturn this? My account name is Ironman-Zoda

No, Jagex does not "just ban accounts that haven't been on in awhile" .
If you found your account banned, it means a hijacker has gained access to it and used it to break the rules.

The ban can be appeal from the 'Account Status' tab.
