Not sure if i got hacked

Hello there ,
I just logged in to my account after months only to see all my gold and some items missing.When i saw it i immediatly enabled google authenticatetor (which i didn't have) and changed password.I am not sure if i got hacked or hijacked or bugged since my account is linked with steam that have steam authenticatetor enabled, steam account has never been hacked or hijacked.I checked grand exchange history and saw the missing items sold and all gold gone, something i obviously didn't.What can i do for that?I got hacked /hijacked/bugged or what?

I issued support ticket to recover lost gold and items a week ago.Still no answer.

This is the reason you won't get a reply, as like Ladyolake already said, in these circumstances Jagex/JMods do not return any items.

Limitations


It's against our policy to return items when:

You were hijacked or scammed. Follow our security advice to prevent this from happening again
The loss can't be verified or is fraudulent
The request includes the following types of items:
Temporary holiday event items
Items recoverable from Diango
Unique quest items
Certain pets
XP granting items

When players have third-party login enabled, you don't have to enter the username/password to access the game, which makes it easier for hijackers to bypass this security feature and enter your account. With that being said, if you are going to keep using Steam, it's recommended that you make it more secure by following the instructions enumerated here: How can I make my Steam account more secure?
