I’m a returning player and I log onto my account every so often which was probably earlier this year and when I tried logging into my rs3 account it is making me create a new character which I had a few 99s and what not but i can log into osrs and my stats from that game is correct(I know it is a different game and the stats are different from another). Not sure why it’s not letting me play my account on rs3. Has anyone had this issue before?

Im not sure how you see that which my character was level 138 but when I search Tengu Knight in hiscores it says user doesnt exist. My osrs stats looks correct but when I log into rs3 with the same info it is making me create a new account.
