I had my account hacked around 10 minutes ago. All my items were stolen, roughly worth 950m gold. They accessed my account despite my authenticator and my bank despite my pin. I have no idea what to do.

I have put a lot of time and money into this game over the past few years, if I cannot get my items refunded I will likely just quit the game at this point because I have all motivation sucked away from losing what would cost me $1000 in bonds just to get back to anywhere near where I was.

Hi there
Shantorn

Check the 'Linked Accounts' tab in account management.
If you see any accounts linked in there (including your own) unlink them. Click on 'Manage Steam' and 'Manage Amazon' to check for a linked account from those websites.

When a hijacker gets through both your Auth and your Bank PIN and hasn't changed your password, it means either they used a linked account (third party shortcut login) or they have malware installed on your computer.

Work through the points on the Security tips support page to see if there is anything else that needs reviewing.

Very sadly there is no item replacement service offered to players of OSRS.

@Malua I'm sorry, but I have been sitting here dwelling on this concept for a few hours now. How is it impossible to provide hacked players their in game materials back? Blizzard, Everquest, etc. all have methods in place to do this. I as a player/consumer have provided a ton of monetary compensation towards specifically this character. There is no tracking method to help players at all? This is the support in place? "Hey, despite utilizing all protections we have enabled, you still got hacked and lost a massive amount of real world cash and now your thousands of hours have been nullified. Sorry, ggs, good luck!" If so, I am honestly in shock. This is literally the only game I know or have ever played with such predatory administration. I just want to play the character with the items that I worked hard for and admittedly paid for bonds for at points to receive. This is absolutely a joke if a "sadly" policy is supposed to justify inaction in rectifying and undoing a very obvious malicious situation. I cannot believe that this is the standard and there is no way to fix this situation.

Also, I'd appreciate an actual response, not a copy paste response, on how this is impossible or why resolving this issue is a negative for both consumer and company rather than allowing the malicious users that my items/gold go onto are more justified. Unless you are in favor of hackers/botters thriving within the game, this entire situation should be a clear cut reversal.

If you played RS3 Jagex would be able to replace your items however OSRS is a more primitive, old technology version of the game. It has never been technically possible to generate items and insert them into OSRS.
Hackers and botters DO thrive in OSRS. They don't thrive in RS3.

If you want an actual response, use the 'Submit a Claim' button on the Lost items support page.
You only get to talk to other players when you post in the forums whereas you will get a JMod reply if you use the Support Centre contact points.

Original message details are unavailable.
Also, ... , this entire situation should be a clear cut reversal.
No it is not.

If Jagex/JMods would respond to every case of complaints about being hacked/hijacked with the reversal of lost items, Jagex/JMods would be catering RWT as everyone will file a claim in wanna have items back 'supposedly being lost' after 'supposedly being hacked/hijacked'.

Jagex/JMods do give you all tools/measures to help to secure your account/device/email/social-media so you are able to protect yourself from being hacked/hijacked, proven by the majority of The RuneScape Community whom have no issues at all.

Account security is your offer in getting access to a part of Jagex's Digital Porperty and taking care of that piece of property which will result in a good relationship with Jagex/JMods, them being able to help you whenever it is necessary.
