How to switch 2fa phone?

I recently just set up 2fa authentication with my phone and backup codes. I'm wondering how I can transfer the authenticator app codes to a new phone should my current phone get lost, damaged, or otherwise stop working.

The instructions depend on whether you have upgraded your account to a Jagex Account or not.

Start on the Disable authenticator instructions page and it will either divert you to the Jagex Account instructions page or continue with the RuneScape account instructions.

Sorry, I forgot to specify. I have upgraded to a Jagex account.
