my sons account was hijacked and apparently it was used on osrs for macroing while hijacked but when we try to appeal the offence it goes to a check if your human we cannot pass as it keeps asking how do i go about getting passed this so we can try to appeal

- you're interaction is not human
- you have no access to the accounts authenticator

And that raises a number of other issues.
