My jagex account broke my authenticator. I go to account, and then jagex account management and it loops me back to the other screen. I cant find a way to open a support ticket. its supposedly MY JOB to keep my account secure and i cant even get a ticket or enable the auth in a 20 year old game its actually no surprise nobody wants to play this game. Cant even get a half decent interface.

If you have a Jagex Account but can't get through into account management, try clearing your cache for a start.
Instructions: Clear browser cache

If that doesn't help, try while using a different browser.
Also, try the troubleshooting on the Authenticator issues support page.
