Hi Malua,

I appealed both of the bans at the same time on the same day May 31st for bans that occurred in 2014. I don't see it necessary to reveal the account name.

I'm not disputing anything, Jagex has the right to leave the account banned. Just confused why one of the appeals would be accepted and the other would be denied.

Malua asked for the display name of the account to most likely escalate this thread and your concern to the attention of a Jagex Moderator. They are the only ones that may be able to help you with your dilemma. It'd be ideal and necessary to post the display name so that a Community Helper may be able to assist you further :) .
