Have come back to play OSRS after a while away.

As I have since had a new phone I disabled my authenticator thing.

Whilst doing that I saw to make a Jagex account so migrated my character to this new Jagex thing. I have downloaded the launcher but when I try to log in it give me the message

"Either your account is still logged in, or the last world you were using has become unavailable.
Please try again later"

I have tried adding a new authenticator and have reset my password but nothing makes me able to login


Any help?

Same issue here - JAGEX offer no support on this at all. I'm currently in a wait time of 48 hours and if my account is hijacked the hackers would of stripped me clean by then.

PLEASE HELP JAGEX

It is possible that you have been '

logged in

' on another device. Which prevents you from logging in on your new device.

Noo, Ended all sessions and been logged out from every device. I think its either hacker has got my account or world crashed when i logged out leaving me logged in
