Hello I was recently hacked on my account the user cleared my bank and changed my name. As well as attempted to make multiple purchases. I am at a loss for what to do I changed email and reset all my passwords and added new authenticators.

To do a thorough security review, work through the points on the Security tips support page.

Consider upgrading your account to a Jagex Account.
Jagex Accounts have a much stronger security protocol than the older RuneScape accounts and it is much more difficult for a hijacker to gain access.
