If your issues refers to the same one that you posted here , then I'm afraid that you have already exhausted the only method to have someone from Jagex look at your appeal. Sadly, once an appeal has been denied, then the decision is final and there is nothing else that you may do for now. More information on that may be found here: Appeal an offence .

Considering that your appeal is related to macroing, you may read more on that here: Macroing & RWT bans [Info] , as advised by the Forum Moderator that responded to your concern on the other thread here .

I thank you for your reply.

With all due respect I strongly disagree with the decision runescape took. I used to play this game when I was younger around 17 years ago on OSRS & have never broken a rule. Then during covid I started to play it again and once again I have never broken a rule, also made a membership and was mostly working hard on the game without any macroing what so ever.

I decided to stop playing once, and during that period is the time my account was hacked without me noticing. So, I believe, this situation needs to be re investigated, and prove to me how on earth I did said 'macroing' when I wasn't even playing rs3 .

I found out my account got banned recently when I started this new account of which I'm happy playing by all your rules. I genuinely always played runescape by it's rules, so I ask of you to please assist me in my situation.

Every bit of help would be greatly appreciated.

Offences can be appealed once
, if your appeal is denied the decision is final.

Unappealable offences


If the ban or mute is unappealable we have deemed the offence so severe that an appeal will not be permitted.

Unappealable offences include:

- Account hijacking
- Bug abuse
- Real-world trading
- Other manual permanent bans (fraud, community safety)


These offences are always investigated thoroughly before being applied and
will not be discussed further
.


There's nothing that can be done any further. You had your appeal and Jagex/JMods denied said appeal so that's about it, Jagex/JMods have stronger evidence that proves the opposite.

I appreciate that you were seeking assistance with an existing thread, M3znuz 2k13, but responding to another's thread, with the aim of obtaining help, is not encouraged. So that players can receive the advice that they seek, it is best that they create their own threads. For this reason, this thread is now closed.

On to your dilemma, I recommend that you read the Macroing & RWT bans [Info] sticky thread, as well as the Appeal an offence page of the Support Centre. If you have lodged an appeal and it has been denied, then I am afraid that no further action may be taken either to investigate or reverse the sanction.

Help and advice has been posted above. Sadly nothing further can be done about this issue via the Forums. Jagex have the last say on any ban and done the checks needed before issuung said ban.
