Have you tried logging out, closing down then opening up and logging back in?
Have you tried the name change feature in account management outside the game?

If you have tried both the above and still can't use the early name change, you will need to message Billing Support to get your account checked and get help.
Go to the Find my Bond support page and use the 'Contact Us' button at the bottom.

I suspect you inadvertently did use the Bond as I can see you changed emenes to the same name, emenes. :P

So I name changed to emenes with the free name change, bought a bond, redeemed it and it auto used it on emenes again? Thanks for restoring my name but I'm a bit confused on how exactly that happened. I never entered a name after I redeemed my bond for the name change, it just disappeared.
