Have you tried logging out, closing down then opening up and logging back in?
Have you tried the name change feature in account management
outside
the game?
If you have tried both the above and still can't use the early name change, you will need to message Billing Support to get your account checked and get help.

support page and use the 'Contact Us' button at the bottom.
Is there any way I can get a name change token on my account? You should be able to see that I used a bond for it but never received one. I'm not sure what happened. Thank you

So I name changed to emenes with the free name change, bought a bond, redeemed it and it auto used it on emenes again? Thanks for restoring my name but I'm a bit confused on how exactly that happened. I never entered a name after I redeemed my bond for the name change, it just disappeared.
