I play both RS3 and OS on the same account, and I can be playing either version of the game and after a couple of hours it will log me out randomly multiple times a day. Sometimes it will pop up as a login failure. I know that sounds like the logout timer but I'm always active when it happens. I always keep my graphics up to date, So I don't think that's the issue. Any thoughts on how I can keep this from happening?

Do you have a reliable internet connection?
Do you use a VPN?
It sounds to me like an internet connectivity issue.

If it isn't, I recommend you check your computer for malware.
Forced logouts can occur if a hijacker has a RAT on your computer but I think you would know if a hijacker was taking over your account.

Lastly, if the above two don't help, report it in-game with a Bug Report.
