Account Hacked and stolen rare

Hey, I have 2 step auth and a bank pin, no linked accounts such as steam etc... My email wasn't comprised in anyway, I already checked.

One day I logged into my account and lost all my rare items and cash stack gone. These items were attained from me getting a lucky ranger boots drop from a clue scroll. I lost over 60M worth of bank.

I'm sorry to hear that your account was compromised. It is important to ask whether you have checked your device for any malware that may be living on your account? This could have come about by clicking on a suspicious link and entering your details, unknowingly downloading malicious software onto your computer.

I would suggest running a virus scan on your computer to make sure that there is nothing that is on your computer stealing your information. Once this is complete, and you are sure that your device is secure, you should change your registered email address. If the hijacker had access to your account, it is highly likely that they know some details of your registered email (such as the email provider, the unique email address etc.). You can do this by following the instructions in the Change registered email Support page.

Following this, you should change your passwords and Bank PIN. The only way that the hijacker could get through the Bank PIN is if they somehow knew this. It is of the utmost importance to change this.

As for the lost items, unfortunately there is nothing that can be done to recover these items, as they were lost in a hijack which Jagex does not renumerate. More information can be found on the Lost items Support page.

... so you will get help from Jagex/JMods.

I'm unsure of how it happened i changed my bank pin and password recently. This issue happened a little while back. thought something could've been done in terms of item recovery. because i have no idea of by 2fa was bypass.
