Must reset password to login

Whenever I switch from desktop to mobile, I can't login (it says wrong password). I must click reset password and go through those steps every time I switch platforms (which is often for me).

What can I do to fix this? I have a jagex account. I tried uninstalling the jagex launcher and mobile app. Went to account management and ended all sessions. And nothing has fixed the issue. It's super frustrating

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have tried to replicate the problem you are having and I can't replicate it.

Are you using RuneLite?
If so, try reinstalling it with the instructions here: https://help.jagex.com/hc/en-gb/articles/17160314769041-RuneLite-via-the-Launcher

Are you using a VPN?
If so, try the logins without using it and see if the logins work.

If you continue to have problems, I will move this thread into the tech support forum as it may be a tech issue rather than an account issue.

Your suggestions made me think of some other things to try. I was able to login via incognito, so I cleared the jagex site cache on chrome and I'm now able to login on both mobile and desktop with no issues.
