Whenever I switch from desktop to mobile, I can't login (it says wrong password). I must click reset password and go through those steps every time I switch platforms (which is often for me).
What can I do to fix this? I have a jagex account. I tried uninstalling the jagex launcher and mobile app. Went to account management and ended all sessions. And nothing has fixed the issue. It's super frustrating
Does anyone have any suggestions?
