Hello.

I was just going through abyss to get to rc portals and in the outter ring, my character and all npcs froze, but for example double xp timer kept going down. I closed the client after while hoping it would log me out. Which it did (checked from alt account), but I can't log in back saying that the account has not logged out from last session. Loging into osrs says the same.

But still the account is offline. Checked all login details etc, its fine.

Any help please?

Bump

I have same problem - character frozed when i was exiting bank while doing New Foundations quest, Xp timer kept going. Tried clearing active sessions, changed passwords and still got the same notification that account is still logged.

Yup... w28 is offline and i got kicked off an hour ago and now my account is locked out
(it shows my account as online in the clan list and it says i havent logged out from the last session)

Edit: Apparently this happened to w88 yesterday and it took about 2 hours to get the world back online Ribbit
