So here's the issue. I deleted my email a couple month ago and its not retrievable anymore ( i tried and does not exist anymore it's been too long)

The thing tho is as you can clearly see, im legit using the same account RIGHT NOW that i'm trying to get the email change!!!

How ? my steam account is linked to it ( as my amazon account) which is the ONLY reason i can still log in since i did change my email for my steam account.

Result, i can still play the game but i can't change my password nor my email. Which is kinda scuff not gonna lie.

I have the OLDEST transaction ID made on this account, and it was made with STEAM WALLTER but steam is showing 2 different transaction ID. one from the steam wallet and a barely different one when i press view receipt. all transaction ID show 2 transaction ID ( a barely different one when you press on view receipt )

the 2 next transaction were made using paypal and not from my wallet balance.

So i'm straight up playing the game as we talk, yet i'm not allowed to change my password or email to retrieve it and secure it.

I really need some help with that, 2 denied request so far. third one is on the way.

Never changed ISP, same computer, same service provided, i got all transaction ID.

Still nothings working.

AND AGAIN the account im trying to retrieve is legit the account i'm making this post with.

Hello Ainjee, since you have 2 requests denied you have been busy to recover 'your account'.

2 Transactions have been payed by 'someone else'.

You clearly have access to 'that account' but so far 'password changes' as wel as 'email changes' will fall against a brick wall.

All you have to do is '
to prove you are the account creator
' and that you have the oldest information about that account.
Place where it is created, as well as country and of course the creation date itself, or at least the closest by.

I have exact date it's been created, i use the exact same steam account ,i use the exact same computer, same country, same internet connection, same provider. I have the oldest transaction ID.

I got everything you just mentioned.

I don't know how i can prove more than that that i am the original account creator.

The 2 other transaction paid by ''someone else'' is me. First ever was with steam wallet, the 2 other with paypal. the next one with steam wallet again.

The creation date is great to know but now you have to prove to Jagex/JMods, during that recovery (NOT HERE), the earliest/first of password(s) ever on that account. DO NOT MENTION THEM HERE.
Do you know them all, that is even better.

That's the main issue as far as i can understand i don't remember the EXACT password i first created it with. Actually i probably do but theres always some variant in my password so im 95% close from the original password but probably not 100% accurate on the EXACT one.

I use like 20-30 different password for everything. Completely different one. And i change them often.

That being said, if the EXACT password is required it's kinda false advertisement from their end to mention they need the MOST accurate information if the EXACT same password is a REQUIREMENT. This make all the other requirement obsolete by default.

Currently this is where i am at, i'm waiting them to deny my request then i just spam 3 other password until it work. ( the limit is 3 password at a time )

This make no sens to me. Specially since i'm legit playing on the account and have access to it, i can even renew my sub with steam. So they are willing to take my money but not get me my account email changed, that's pretty fun.

Option B seems to be using upgrading my account to a jagex account which i can do from being able to log in from my steam account. but i dont know if it will require me to enter the current password of the account or it will only go by steam. it's kinda scary i dont want to loose the limited access i have on my account.

f it im gonna try option B, i tried it with a dummytest account and i seemed to be able to change the account ( after a painful 1 hour of setting back and forward ) to a new email and password without using the old information at all. ill just go on and try. if i fail this will be my last message and my account is lost , if i succeed ill give an update.

Is everything still good? like account being locked or something.. im in the exact same situation as you and im afraid to take the step B like you did, they just wont let me change my email, yet here i am playing with the same pw from 10 years ago ) account with almost 20 years lol

@ Pe Kanhao - If you need assistance with an account issue, it is best that you create your own thread to describe the problem and what you need help with.

in the Community Led Support Forums, it is much easier to give everyone the help they are looking for if each user creates their own thread about their issue.

Every user's situation is somewhat unique, and it can get confusing as to which post is to which user, when more than one player is trying to get help on the same thread. Advice given to the original player may not apply in each case. Also, when tacking your situation on to another player's thread, those helping may recognize the thread as one where the issue had already been solved, and may not notice that a different situation has been added to that thread.
