Hi,

I have put in a fair few password resets for my main account, but none of them are showing up. I haven't logged into the main for about 3 months. I've been using this acc for osrs but my main is rs3. i have also been doing account recovery and they have all been denied.
How am i supposed to get my account back if i can't get an email to reset its password??

Hi Gypsy magic,

What email provider are you using? Some providers struggle to accept certain Jagex emails, it would be a good idea to create a new Gmail account (best at accepting those emails) to use for your recovery encase of the event where it was your email that has been compromised.

How quickly are your recovery attempts being denied? Instantly or taking more than 10-15~ minutes? Keep it fun, friendly, and helpful.

Hotmail is one of those emails that is known for having problems with certain Jagex emails, so I would highly suggest a change of email for your next recovery!

A denied recovery after that amount of time is good, it means that it's making through the automatic check and a JMod is manually reviewing it. Check the "More info" button in your reply, it'll contain some feedback on what needs improving on your next attempt. Keep it fun, friendly, and helpful.
