I have a recurring 12 month premier membership. I tried to get this months monthly drop and I get a "You've already claimed all your available monthly drops. If you'd like to be able to claim this monthly drop, You'll have to purchase additional premier membership"
Why am I getting this error when my Membership is not expired and is recurring. I want to collect this months drop.
Start by checking exactly what type of membership you have currently.
Click on 'My Account' at the top of this page.
Under 'Membership' on the next screen, if it says 'Recurring Membership', click on 'Manage your Subscriptions', then 'View by Account'.
The next screen will tell you exactly what type of recurring membership your account has.
As I stated in my post I have a 12 Month Premier Membership Subscription that is recurring and active. I just want to know why I am not able to get the june monthly premier drop. I am able to get into the monthly vault and everything else just not the monthly drop.
Ok, I recommend you message Billing Support and get them to check your account.
There isn't a dedicated support page for this problem so I recommend you use the 'Request a refund from Jagex' hyperlink on the
Refunds
support page.
I know a refund isn't what you are after but the refunds contact point will still get your message to the people that can deal with it.
