Cant access characters

So when i log into the jagex launcher, there are no characters available. When i click on manage characters, it says i must have an upgraded jagex account to do that (which im positive i already have). When i click the button to upgrade it the email tells me that this is already a jagex account. The weird part is i can still log-in completely normal on the osrs and jagex website. Any idea what is up? i feel like im stuck in a weird loop

Try logging your Launcher out fully then logging it back in.
Or else uninstall it and reinstall it.

Once you have logged back into the Launcher, see if you can see your characters.

If you still can't see your characters, watch the 'Jagex Account Migration - How To Guide' video on the Upgrade your RuneScape character to Jagex account support page and check the process to see if you have missed anything.

If the account is already upgraded, log into it from the website home page.

Then, click on 'My Account' at the top of the website page.
Then, click on the blue 'Jagex Account Management' button.
On the next page you should see a 'Character' button down low on the right hand side-click it.
In there you should see a list of characters you have upgraded.
Additionally, you should see blue buttons 'Create New', 'Import Existing'.

Can you get that far and see what I have described above?

If there are no characters showing, try the 'Import Existing' button.

ok i think i found the issue, when i logged in using my account name i got stuck in the weird verification loop. But when i logged in through my email i was able to get through to the linking process properly. Bit strange, but i got my characters properly linked to that account :)
