I just done the upgraded to Jagex account and now i can only log into the website, cant add account to launcher or log in etc says it don't exist or i get the wrong user/ pw message, tried jagex acc login and user/ email logins nothin adds the account

When you upgrade a character into the new Jagex Account, you set up a new login/password.
Your old login becomes unusable.

Read through the instructions on the Upgrade your RuneScape character to Jagex account for some detailed information about the process.
There is also a link to the Jagex Launcher in there.
If you already had the Launcher installed, you need to log out of it and log back in with your new Jagex Account credentials.
