Hello my main account FGXR6Falcon got banned on the 22nd of September for a macroing/ botting and i would just like some infomation on it as i never used any macoring software or bot on that account, this is a false ban on my end and ive done nothing to deserve a ban . my account is nearly 100 days old and i think it would be silly to use a bot or macro that late into a built account.
Jagex doesn't provide information about what set off a macro detection.
Why not?
Because they don't want macro script writers to find out how their script was discovered and enable them to write a more undetectable script.
If you are certain YOU didn't macro on the account, you need to consider that your account was being used by a hijacker and you should do a thorough review of your email, device and account security.

Have you tried an appeal against the ban?
Appeals can be started from the 'Account Status' tab in account management.
Yes I appealed the ban but unfortunately it was denied, I was hoping to get it reviewed I am certain that my passwords were not compromised I've had this account for a while wouldn't dream of getting it banned.
If you got denied by the appeal then all you can do is wait and hope you have chance to appeal again in the future.
The forums are not a place to appeal a ban or get one re looked at. They are community led account help. Jmods rarely post here. Not sure how much they actually read.
So for now all you can do is wait and hope in next few years you get another chance to appeal.
The richest person is not who has the most. It is who Needs the least.
Where a ban or mute is unappealable, it means that the Player Support team have already performed a thorough review to confirm that the offence is correct and that the account's user is liable for the activity, so no further appeal is invited.
