ok heres 1 i'm sure this isn't possible eithere but how do you contact jagex billing support if jagex can't contact you back as you no longer have use of that email address as you can't access it even after trying to reclaim it from the email company themselves?
Billing Support will only email the registered email of the account so, if you no longer have access to that email, you will need to do a 'recovery' on your account to force a change of registered email.
Once you have reset the registered email via recovery, you will then be able to start the contact process with Billing Support.
To change the registered email, start on the
Change registered email
support page and follow the instructions under
"If you don't have access to the registered email"
.

i can't do that if i can't access that email address because it said to follow the instructions on the current email address which is unaccessable
Instruction no. 2 says
"Choose 'contact Jagex support' when prompted"
.
The 'Contact Jagex Support' hyperlink will take you to a recovery form.
This means you don't need access to the old email. You can fill out a recovery and submit a different email to be the new registered email.
