my M4niak_br account has been banned for 3 years, I would like to know if there is a small possibility of someone doing something for me, the banning of the account was due to a macro, some people say that it is possible that the rune still gives a chance, others say that the decision is Final. Can someone with knowledge about this clarify the facts?

@Prudente: Did you check your specific account status under the "
Account Status
" tab as Malua suggested? If there is another chance to appeal, it will show up there. If there isn't, then I'm afraid that the account will remain banned for the time being.

To get there, follow click on the "
My Account
" or "
Account
" link at the top right corner of your computer screen. Once there, scroll down to "
Account Status
". Click on it. You'll then be able to see if there is an option to appeal or not. I have added the screenshots below for visualization:
