Is there any way I might be able to have a mod look into the case over my mains perma mute (been 11-months now since the occurrence) for awhile I honestly couldn’t believe when it happened and I’ve been wondering what triggered the final Mute that is the perma mute. I have to admit I was a consistently toxic player at times in the leading months when this all happened but I honestly think I’ve changed an immense amount as a community player and person since then. I do feel like my Appeal wasn’t looked at and I had included in there that no chat logs with any evidence had been provided. This might be part of why it was denied though, but I don’t know. I can say I’ve embraced the entire thing looking at the bright side of even bad things so ever since I’ve been perma muted I’ve had the luxury of never having to worry about dying while bossing from typing to someone

and well…. Maybe I should have reached out sooner I felt like I technically had indeed done such just to sit and wonder, but I’ve ran across some other threads and looks like there’s a possibility of maybe a mod being able to send me a chat log with Evidence for this offense to at least provide some kind of closure. I’ve been a lifelong player and have dedicated too much into my account to ever stop playing so it’s been rough being muted for almost a year now and with that I’m used to it by now :/ I would honestly cry of happiness if my main account could actually say something to people around me once again (or not have to use emotes to communicate) and from how I feel what I’ve been having to guess on what I got Permanently Muted over wasn’t something that should of caused that. Nonetheless I just think after it getting close to the 1-year mark maybe I could finally see the chat log???

I’m sorry if this was hard to read I’m not good with how to communicate things sometimes or making my sentences sound the best

Unappealable offences

If the ban or mute is unappealable we have deemed the offence so severe that an appeal will not be permitted.

Unappealable offences include:

- Account hijacking
- Bug abuse
- Real-world trading

Other manual permanent bans (fraud, community safety)

These offences are always investigated thoroughly before being applied and will not be discussed further .

If you received said penalty just 'recently' chances are 'zero to none' that Jagex/JMods will review said penalty/offence any time soon.
It might be possible that you have years to come to wait for any appeal to appear, maybe you will never receive any appeal possibility.
You have other accounts to do your best attempting to change the odds.

If you have appealed already, you have used your one appeal years too soon.
2022 Mute -> save the appeal until at least 2029 or later.

You have probably also answered your own question with the quote

Mute black marks can accumulate until they add up to a permanent mute. Your statement makes it sound like an accumulation of lesser mutable offences until Jagex had had enough of your game chat and the final mute conversation probably isn't that important.

You did. You appealed. This is the only chance to reach out to Jagex about the offence.

There has been one recent thread where the chat log was requested. I flagged it for the player but I don't know whether the chat log was sent.
Requesting the chat log won't get the mute checked or removed which is what you are really after.

You actually answered all possible questions Id say, and reading the other thread aswell I was all this time bent over and wondering on what it was I had said (thinking that I had triggered another temp mute) but the chain of events match up with me being in the category then of being perma muted over multiple temp mutes, I had gotten off of a Temp mute, then after I was off of that I was randomly muted again it seemed, although I hadnt said anything then checked my game messages and read that i recieved an additional 3-day mute because of multiple offenses and then the perma came a couple days after that, Ive been muted for awhile now and Im used to it and Ive been thinking Id been permanently muted over something that was minor individually and do honestly feel silly I didnt think of this as a believable possibility, but thats probably because I saw the 3-day one as a final warning and even though all of my mute offenses on the account spread almost two decades from the first to the last I would have to admit my number of temporary mutes were a substantial enough amount to where Im guessing it was went ahead and escalated to the perma. Thank you so much for your time to give a response that actually ended up covering what this was and why I never had a chat log attached to the perm
