Dear,

Ive made my pure in 2022 (IGN ''G L O K K'') and in januari i got my new phone, now ive lost my authenticator on that phone and since then im not receiving any emails to recover my account. its been 6 months and not even one email.. to recover my account or disable my authenticator . Im only using ONE email for runescape so dont tell me im using the wrong one.

when i contact jagexsupport on twitter im only receiving a bot answer '' please visit bla bla bla''
but when i do, it goes wrong at step one ;

''If you don't have access to your account or email
Step 1: Log in to your account (don't worry you won't need to enter your authenticator code)'' and here we are asking for authenticator code.

So what now start all over again and not getting emails in the future? wt.. is this?
its like the system is setup for us as players to fail, if i was a streamer i would get a message on discord in instant.

again im using only ONE email for runescape.. and after multiple attempts in month's NOTHING!

im not trying to be toxic or not being respectfull , im just tired of the system right now..

Have you worked through the troubleshooting on the Not receiving emails support page?

If that troubleshooting does not help and the email is still not arriving, your last resort is to do a 'recovery' on your RuneScape account.
I recommend you submit a different email to be the new registered email as, clearly, your other email isn't working with Jagex emails.

I see you posted a copy/paste of the instructions from the 'Disable Authenticator' support page and you said it asked for your Authenticator when you tried to log in.
I think that is the wrong page to start from if you aren't receiving any Jagex emails.
You need to set a different email with your RS account.

Instead, start on the Change registered email support page and follow the instructions under "If you don't have access to the registered email".
Please follow those instructions carefully, particularly instruction no. 2.

Submit a successful account recovery and you will be able to set a different email and be able to manage your Authenticator.
Choose an email provider carefully as not all email providers work well with Jagex emails.

Thats the problem Malua,

No mather what i do ,i wont receive emails or i need to put my authenticator code in to acces my acc.

''Disable authen'' = no emails
''Change email'' = ask for authen / no email
''Recover acc'' = no emails ( not even a email that says '' acces denied'' or w/e)

So thanks for ur information.. but NOTHING seems to help and im trying this since january :)
gues i need to start al over again ffs.

I am sorry you are having such difficulty but the problem is either at your end, meaning your personal email settings, or with your current email provider.

Have you tried a different email from a different email provider?

The disable Auth email is an automated email. If you request it, it WILL be sent out.

Account recovery replies go to the email you put in the top two boxes of the recovery form.
If you are not receiving a reply, you need to submit a different email preferably from a different email provider.

I am closing this thread as you requested.

I can see that I haven't been able to get through to you about how to resolve the problem. :(

This problem can be fixed. It is fixable but you need to set aside your prejudice against Jagex and follow the instructions posted above.

The only way to resolve this is to get an email response and, to do this, you should try different emails from different email providers until you DO get a response.
I recommend Gmail but there are other providers that will work just as well.
