Ive made my pure in 2022 (IGN ''G L O K K'') and in januari i got my new phone, now ive lost my authenticator on that phone and since then im not receiving any emails to recover my account. its been 6 months and not even one email.. to recover my account or disable my authenticator . Im only using ONE email for runescape so dont tell me im using the wrong one.
when i contact jagexsupport on twitter im only receiving a bot answer '' please visit bla bla bla''
but when i do, it goes wrong at step one ;
''If you don't have access to your account or email
Step 1: Log in to your account (don't worry you won't need to enter your authenticator code)'' and here we are asking for authenticator code.
So what now start all over again and not getting emails in the future? wt.. is this?
its like the system is setup for us as players to fail, if i was a streamer i would get a message on discord in instant.
again im using only ONE email for runescape.. and after multiple attempts in month's NOTHING!
im not trying to be toxic or not being respectfull , im just tired of the system right now..
