Hey All,

I have an old account that was perm banned in 2020. I don't know how to prove this, but it wasn't me using macros on the account, it was my brother unbeknownst to me. My fault for not securing the account. 10 years ago, I did receive a justified temp ban for macro minor. and since it was my fault for not securing the account I submitted an appeal for a second chance. I took accountability for previous occurrences and even for the actions in 2020 since I wasn't securing my account.

Who or what decides which appeals are approved/ denied?

Appeal an offence ... -> (link) at '
Jagex's Support Centre
' to find out what the odds are at the moment.
Jagex/JMods do uphold a zero-tolerance policy due to 20+ years of warnings and information about their '
Rules of RuneScape
' and/or '
Terms & Conditions
' where players of The RuneScape Community can't say ... '
jeeeezzzz I must have missed them somehow
'.

If your 'Account Status' doesn't show any chance to appeal ... '
there's no chance to appeal
'.

Unappealable offences

Where a ban or mute is unappealable, it means that the Player Support team have already performed a thorough review to confirm that the offence is correct and that the account's user is liable for the activity, so no further appeal is invited.
