So I finally got around to trying out the poison dynamite I've waited since February for, and what a disappointment.
Being a 10 HP account and having the old methods removed for obtaining drops with 0 exp, this was supposed to be a glorious update. I ended up going to gargoyles to get a couple kills and this is what I found:
1)Using dynamite on gargoyles wouldn't poison them. Unless this was a glitch after previously trying to poison a different gargoyle by using the tinderbox on it. The goal was to poison multiple at the same time on an empty world.
2)Sometimes you click to use it on the gargoyle and nothing happens.
3)Gargoyles have 105 HP. The dynamites poison appears to reset their HP everytime it hits and never actually depletes it past 6 dmg (5,4,3,2,1 as it goes down). So 6 dmg makes it go to 99/105HP until the next poison hits 6, and it is still 99/105HP.
So what's up with the testing this went through? What is the point if this update/content is straight trash and, as I remember it, supposed to be a fair way for limited account builds (10 HP and skillers) to complete quests and obtain items? If I am missing something on how this is supposed to be used, please enlighten me.
I can't wait to try and use this on the three paladins in Underground Pass (which you should be able to cannon but for whatever reason you cannot) and be disappointed.
