I think the Nexus room sounds good but I think that if you already have all of the portals made in your POH you shouldn't need to pay the rune cost again.

I agree with you entirely. Or at least only make us pay the remainder of the runes to migrate them to the portal nexus. I know it could possibly require some complex code, but that’s nothing for Kieran and God Ash

There's no precedent for that, Cons is supposed to be the skill that shamelessly robs you.
Also, RC could use a nice boost in GP/hr
