I wanted to make the title "Guild of Treasure and Treasure Merchant" but that's as much as I could fit in the title. Treasure Hunter Promos and Events currently have a lot to offer but I had some more ideas that I think would be neat to see as events or promos. Without further ado...

The Guild of Treasure and the Treasure Merchant!

In Gielinor there are many guilds for heros of a piece of content, whether it be quests or skills. As we the players have the opportunity to use daily keys, one could say we are masters of treasure! Introducing the Guild of Treasure! The one-stop guild for Treasure Hunter themed activities!

Requirements:
In order to gain access to the Treasure Hunter Guild, one must have used at least 7 daily keys. From that point on, they gain access to the guild.

Within the guild itself, you would find Treasure Hunter-esque activities and a slightly enhanced reward shop. The guild wouldn't be a place where you camp out the guild all day, it would just be an optional place to partake in the events below for those who like Treasure Hunter.

How to get to the Guild:
The Guild would be accessible through teleport via a right click button from oddments or a teleport button within the oddments interface.

Sections of the Guild:

-
Combat / Skilling Dummies
- In one corner of the room, there would be 2 dummies that look similar to the ones at Lumbridge, but golden. These dummies can be transformed into either a combat dummy or a skilling dummy once a week and only used once per week.

-
Treasure Maw
- On one of the walls, there would be this Treasure Maw that provides a Treasure Hunter reward from the common category of the player's choosing. The rewards obtainable from this would just be the smaller types of rewards like a small prismatic star or a small lamp or a small protean pack.

Protean Skilling Node
- This Protean Node would be a node that switches to a different resource every 4 hours. For example, it could be either a Protean Tree, a giant Protean Hide, a giant Protean Rift, etc. Now this could work in one of two ways. These could either provide the protean resources, or they could actually grant the xp the protean would provide. In both cases, this activity would also be limited to once a day for a small amount of xp.

-
Nic's Store
- We haven't seen Nic's Store in a while. Perhaps he could stop in from time to time and provide the players with the special items he provided last time that you wouldn't find in Vic's shop.

The Wandering Treasure Merchant!

What is the Wandering Treasure Merchant?

First off, the Wandering Treasure Merchant would act similar to the Wandering/Travelling NPC's that are in-game. The first time we saw a Wandering NPC was during World Event 2, and since then, there have been new types of NPC's.

Where would the Wandering Treasure Merchant Be
?
The location of the treasure merchant could be in a random world at a location, or it could be at one of 5 places in every world. I see this creating a fun type of search activity where players could locate the Wandering Treasure Merchant together similar to the previous Wandering/Travelling NPC's.

What currency would the Wandering Treasure Merchant Take?

The currency accepted would be GP.

What would the Wandering Treasure Merchant Provide?

I'm glad you asked! The Wandering Treasure Merchant would have a different stock each day, composed of either 3 items, or a set of a Treasure Hunter item. Some ideas for what could be in his shop:

• An extra Treasure Hunter key
• 500 Oddments
• Ghostweave chocolates
• Ghostweave outfits from the Ghostweave Promotion
• Luchador Masks (Untradeable)
• Any Cosmetics that we haven't seen in a while that are non-tradeable or non-sellable that are similar to ghostweave.
• 2 Deathtouched Darts
• Skilling or Combat Dummies
• Up to medium skilling packs
• A medium lamp
• Silverhawk Downs
• Tight Springs
• A Treasure Guild Weekly Reset Token to reset all activities you've done for the week in the Guild

Isnt Nic supposed to be related to Vic and he pretty much had the same things?

So considering Vic still appears quite often plus you can always just use a bond to summon him, i see no reason for this.

Nic was similar in that he gave credits that you could spend on skilling outfits and lamps but the difference is Nic had sign of life, aura refreshes, and buyable gems where you could use them to get a prize from the associated gem category. Nic's shop is also smaller so this could possibly make for a nice tradeoff to make up for the frequent visits he would make to the guild.
