Hello, today I made a purchase for the chest because I've been trying to get some money there for some years.
but today I am here to make a small complaint, after opening the trunks I got 3 rare ones, one was a chaotic shield that I already had and the last 2 was a chaotic claw that I already had. I don’t think it’s right to win repeated lucky items, it’s not even possible to upgrade except 200M as rare.
I would like to ask you moderators for these to be verified in my account. because I see that there is no luck in it and even my damage is looking like it doesn't come out.

I'm really really upset.
