Issue Redeeming Bond for Keys

So I just redeemed a bond to get TH keys. It took a long time to process, until it said something along the lines of "You redeemed X Bonds. You now have Y keys." Turns out, I got no keys, and I lost the bond.

I'm quite miffed at the moment, and would like either my bond back, or the keys redeemed. I appreciate any and all help.

I am having issues as well and when i tried submitt a report said system is down :(
