Does anybody know if there is a calendar that shows the upcoming promotions?
I hate buying keys on bad promotions and would like to get a lot of keys on the good promotions.

Yeah, I get that they would do that because it makes them money off of people's perceived urgency.

However I doubt I am alone when I say that I would spend much more than I do now If I knew X promotion comes out on X day of the week instead of waiting for some random day on the off chance that a promotion might happen.

I miss good promotions because of work, life or other things taking up time. Not that I value Runescape over these things, It's that it's very inconvenient to have no knowledge of when an promotion might be so I can put aside an amount of money to spend when the day comes. You know, that Dagoth Ur fellow has got some valid points.

I do not know about using unknown treasure hunter promos to get more money I personally w8 for a promo I want and then go for keys although majority of the time I end up missing the promo I am looking for and have to w8 even longer personally not gonna buy keys unless I know I am gonna use em

Live Ops events are never on RS3's roadmap, especially after they switched to the Monthly Cadence content release format. Because there are already jam-packed episodic content every month regularly, RS3 doesn't put events whether they are TH or free for all events like Postie Pete on their Cadence.

This is probably never happening. Jagex doesn't want panic selling/buying of th items if they just announce when a specific promo is confirmed to happen. I do hope they at least tell us when promos that are harmless ones that are just average xp. That wouldn't hurt.

Vast majority of the TH prizes are untradeable. Even the tradeable ones are pretty low in values. There have never been any panic buying or selling of any TH items as even the cosmetics are higher priced cosmetics are thinly traded as usual. :)
