I don't think there has ever been a time where this mtx has been so bad. Prizes are the worst I've ever seen.

The RS3 economy is going through the worst it's ever been and you won't put out a Halloween mtx promo to slow down the discontinued market?

I do have to admit that I am also disappointed that we didn't receive a Halloween themed promotion on Treasure Hunter. This promo was interesting, but I felt a Halloween themed one with some new cosmetics, pets, aura, etc would have been a bit more exciting. :(

Discontinued items have almost nothing to do with the economy as trades are strictly between players and no new gp source has ever been introduced when these items became discontinued since RS1.

The RS3 economy is extremely sound as the rare, especially discontinued items are rarely rarely traded while the resources prices have been extremely stable at profitable levels. Thanks to RS3's superb bot busting technologies in the game industries, players don't have to suffer from 400 gp shark, 1k gp herbs, 5 gp flax, 150 gp astral rune etc.
