No Cosmetic Item Rewards Bug

For the last few days, the cosmetic item category of TH has not displayed any potential rewards. It simply reads "no current prize." Has anybody else experienced this issue? I was receiving these rewards up until a few days ago when the category became completely inactive.

Just recently had this issue with cosmetics via redeemable in-game tokens. Its not just one cosmetic appearance, its almost all. Redeem tokens and the appearance does not seem to appear, when you attempt to claim another one, it is stated that "Token has already been redeemed." Plz halp! admins/mods
