When I open 10 chests at once and I have only 1 free space left in my backpack. I lose 8 keys...
When I have emptied my backpack and again I open 10 chests at once, instead of the remaining 9 keys, only 1 key is left...???!!!

I just figured it out. The last 12 hours I used about 910 TH Keys. I think I lost about 95 of them because of this bug...

Assuming that my backpack is full when 28 keys are used. That is (910-250?) (directly to bank)/28 = 23,5 times a full backpack when 1 - 9 keys can be lost. Everage loss = 4 keys x 23,5 = 94
And I dont know how long this bug already is in the system.

Can you fix this problem asap pls.
And is there a possibility to receive my lost keys?

I suggest you send in a bug report which you can do in game.

Sadly I have no idea about this issue. Never came accross it myself. Also not seen anyone else with this issue.
